Doubtful Miss in Tough Win at Canberra

Doubtful Miss returned to the winner's circle in a Benchmark 65 1206m on the Acton track.  From her wide barrier she sat three wide just off the leaders in the running.  On straightening Brendan Ward moved her forward  and she finished powerfully down the straight to win by a length.  A very good win for this Not a Single Doubt mare second up after an injury enforced twelve month break.  She has now won four from ten starts and has only been unplaced twice.
