Poet's Dash Returns to Winner's Circle

Poet's Dash won his second race in a Class 1 2000m at Queanbeyan.  In a race run slowly early he sat just behind the lead until Brock Ryan showed initiative around the 800m to take him to the lead and make the race a true staying test.  He kicked clear at the turn and held on to win by 1.5 lengths.  A welcome win for his patient owners.
