Maid Of Ore Wins at Nowra

Maid Of Ore had a very good win in a Class 1 1400m at Nowra.  She was tardy away and settled in the second half of the field.  Shaun Guymer started sweeping her up wide around the field in the better going approaching the turn then drove her down the extreme outside to grab the lead in the last stride in a tight three way finish.  A welcome change of luck for this filly who has won two out of four this preparation.
