Palamedes Has Tough Win at Narrandera

Palamedes had a welcome win in a Benchmark 66 2100m at Narrandera.  From an outside barrier Brendan Ward worked him forward where he was caught wide early.  He eventually got ouside the leader and the two went at a solid clip to lead the filed by several lengths.  He went to the lead on striaghtening and then fought on well for a good win by almost a length.
