Maid Of Ore Makes it Four in a Row at Randwick
Maid Of Ore had another very good win in a Benchmark 78 2000m at Randwick on Everest Day. From an Inside barrier she flew the barrier and Tommy Berry took her straight to the lead. She was left unchallenged and was able to get some cheap sectionals. Tommy sat quietly until she topped the rise and then she let down strongly to run out a very comfortable winner by 1.5 lengths. This lightly raced Duporth mare has now won four in a row and has won 7 races from 12 starts. Onwards and upwards.
