Final Comment Breaks Through at Nowra

Final Comment had his first win in a Maiden 1400m at Nowra. He jumped well as was in a speed charge with three others early. Kathy O’Hara eased him back just off the pace where he settled nicely. He started to move up approaching the turn, and finished strongly to win comfortably by a length.
