TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Invoices are sent out monthly in the first week of the next month.  If there is a dispute about charges this should be raised with Nick Olive Racing as soon as possible.

The terms for payment are strictly 14 days from the receipt of the invoice.  If a dispute has not been raised within 14 days then the invoice is accepted as correct.

Interest on overdue amounts may be charged at a rate of 10% per annum calculated per calendar month or part thereof and the Client shall be liable for, and expressly undertakes to pay, all such interest.

In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs.
