Wal's Angels goes one better

After just missing for two seconds this preparation, Wal's Angels got the choclates for his owners at Sturt Thoughbreds, with a great ride from Billy Owen at Moruya today.

Sitting one back the fence for most of the race, Billy had our Harry's Angel gelding ready to fire as they entered the straight.

As soon as they entered the straight, he took the gap and kicked to the front to out pace his rivals and come away with a one length win and push his prizemoney above the 150k mark.
