VENARI strikes at Canberra today to tick off the maiden win in her first preparation for the stable.

The daughter of MENARI has been knocking on the door this preparation and put it all together today to grab the win.

A lovely ride by Coriah Keating had her settled just behind the leaders, and when they hit the straight, she too the short way home and burst to the lead at the 300m mark, holding off the challengers to grab the win for her excited owners.
