Miss Stalwart breaks Maiden at Canberra

Miss Stalwart had a strong win in a 1200m Maiden at Canberra. From an outside barrier Quayde Krogh let her find a position second last where she settled reasonably well. Approaching the turn Quayde moved her up out wide. On straightening she moved up to the leaders, and soon went to the lead to run on strongly and win by over a length. A welcome win for this mare who had been knocking on the door.
