Wal’s Angels made it back to back wins in a Class 1 1400m at Albury. He jumped well to share the lead early. He took the lead mid-race and from there was never headed. Nick Heyward kicked him on the turn, and he then raced clear to run away and win very comfortably, by nearly three lengths. This preparation has realized the potential he showed early.
